What is the turnaround time?We offer same and next day service (same day delivery must be in by 11:00am). Please call 424-999-9943 to confirm same day service is available on the day you drop-off.

Is there a minimum order?Drop & Go: 15 lb. Pick-up & Delivery: 22lb

Do you offer a sameday service?Yes we offer a same day service. Just select the Door Dash option when scheduling your pickup.

What if I can't be home when you pickup?Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.

Can I use additional services?Of course! A subscription does not limit your use of additional Laundero services. In fact, customers that opt-in to a subscription will receive a discount on dry cleaning services. Dry cleaning will be billed at the discounted rate throughout the subscription period. You will receive a separate charge as soon as the additional service is completed.

Do I have to sign a contract?No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.

How do I schedule an order online?It's simple. Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button.

What do I put my laundry in?You can use a laundry bag or even a large trash bag. If you want to purchase a laundry bag from us, we will add the cost to your bill. Just call us and we can send you a bag. When you send your laundry in our nylon bag, we launder it with your clothes. We will then put your clothes in the plastic bags and back in the nylon bag for added protection for your wash and fold.

What type of payment is accepted?Drop & Go: You can pay with any major credit card or by cash. Pick-up & Delivery Wash & Fold/Dry Cleaning: We only accept card for Wash and Fold orders.

When can I drop off my clothes?You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. We are always attended. Check out our locations page to see your nearest location.

Can I book over the phone?We do prefer that all bookings are made online wherever possible to ensure that details are entered correctly. You’ll find all the details you need in the online booking process and you can add any special requests in the notes section. If you are having technical issues then email us at valet@laundero.com

I’ve never had my laundry done before, how much will it cost me?Our service starts from $1.99/lb. Any preferences are extra. Preferences can be selected before you schedule a pickup.

How do I cancel my laundry service?You must cancel before 6:00 a.m. in your account on the day the service is to be picked up. Or you can call Laundero at 7:00 a.m. at (424) 999-9943. If you would like to cancel your weekly service, you can place your account on hold, and we will not return to do laundry pickup/delivery until we hear from you.

I need a regular booking.Great! Just indicate frequency you would like in the notes section and we can turn your booking into a recurring booking.

I’m not happy with the service I got.Oh no! We hope that doesn’t happen, but if it does we want to know about it. Email us at valet@laundero.com and we will try and sort it out for you. Let us know! We’d be happy to help. Please contact us HERE or call us at the store where your order is being processed. You can find this info in the text message sent about your order. *Please note any order issues must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your order completion date.

Where are you located?We operate from our central facility in Beverly Hills. Check out our current service area to see all areas we serve. We have 2 x Drop & Go locations located in Los Angeles and South Gate. You are welcome to drop off laundry 8am - 10pm daily. Check out our locations page for the directions.

Is there any contract or long-term commitment?None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time. If you have signed up for recurring, please let us know if you are going on vacation or want to suspend your account. We don't want to waste our driver's time and gas by having them go to your home for no reason!

I own a holiday rental / Airbnb, can you provide laundry services?Yes we certainly can. We service a large range of massage salons, beauty salons, hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, yoga studios, medical centres, real estate agents, holiday rentals, AirBNBs, sports teams, worksites with uniforms and many other types of businesses. I’m here on holidays, can you pickup laundry from my hotel?Yes absolutely! We regularly pickup laundry from guest staying in hotels. You’ll find our pricing is very competitive compared to hotel pricing, and we can collect and return your laundry directly to the concierge so you don’t have to wait around for us. Who wants to do laundry while you are on holidays anyway?
