  • What is included in our monthly subscription plans?
    According to your plan you will have a weight allowance. EasyStart includes 80 lbs per month. Any extra Lbs will be billed at $1.25 / lb. Essentials includes 108 lbs per month. Any extra Lbs will be billed at $1.20 / lb. Complete includes 136 lbs per month. Any extra Lbs will be billed at $1.15 / lb. Our drivers will pickup once weekly on your designated laundry day. There is no minimum pickup for subscriptions customers, as long as its not more than one pickup per week. All laundry gets weighed onsite. As long as you don't exceed your subscription weight allowance you will only pay the monthly fee. Any overweight allowance charges will be billed at the end of the month. An additional invoice will be sent to you. You can pay this online using your credit or debit card. Any dry cleaning can be added to your pickup. Please separate dry cleaning. You will be billed before drop off with dry cleaning. All our dry cleaning prices can be viewed here. All laundry is delivered folded in a clear plastic bag ready to be put away. We will deliver all laundry within 48hrs after pickup. Delivery times vary according to how busy we are. Any furthers questions please call our hotline on 424-999-9943.
  • How do the monthly subscription plans work?
    Once you subscribe to a plan, you will be billed for 1 month of service. We have a choice of three subscription plans; EasyStart, Essentials & Complete. All plans include 4 pickups per calendar month (Once Every Week). You will have the choice of designating a laundry day for pickup. You can choose any day except Sunday. We will send you a text 45min before your Laundry Concierge arrives for pickup. All pickups and drop-offs will be between 8am – 6pm on your designated laundry day. All your laundry will be delivered back to your address according to the pickup/drop-off instructions. You will have the option of giving special instructions on your laundry. You can even write a note and leave it in the bag, so your Laundry Concierge can follow any special care you have for your laundry. You will be assigned a designated Concierge. Please feel free to call 424-999-9943 anytime to answer any questions you have about your pickup or subscription.
  • How long is the subscription period?
    Subscriptions start on the first service date after enrollment or renewal and cover a total of 4 weeks of service.
  • Do you offer a sameday service?
    Yes we offer a same day service. Just select the Door Dash option when scheduling your pickup.
  • When will my subscription be billed?
    Customers are billed monthly from the initial enrollment date. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless changes are made in the account prior to the billing renewal date.
  • Can I use additional services?
    Of course! A subscription does not limit your use of additional Laundero services. In fact, customers that opt-in to a subscription will receive a discount on dry cleaning services. Dry cleaning will be billed at the discounted rate throughout the subscription period. You will receive a separate charge as soon as the additional service is completed.
  • Is there a limit on total pickups per month?
    Yes, a subscription plan does include 1 pickup every week on your dedicated laundry day. Your dedicated laundry day can be changed during the subscription period. If you would like to schedule an additional pickup, simply schedule a one-time pickup in your account.
  • Can I reschedule my Laundry Day?
    Yes, Laundry Day can be rescheduled up until the night before your pickup. Simply reschedule the individual service date or your recurring Laundry Day in your account. While advance notice for cancellations is appreciated, subscribers will not be penalized for failed pickups.
  • Can I change my subscription plan?
    Yes, customers can easily navigate between subscription plans at any time. Simply navigate to your account and select your preferred plan. While upgrades and downgrades will start at the end of your current subscription period. If downgrading from the EasyStart plan, service will be charged at the Pay As You Go prices. When you’re ready to resume your EasyStart plan, simply select your preferred plan in your account. Your service will be available immediately.
  • How do I pay?
    After we have collected your laundry we will weigh and them email you a payment link. Once the payment has been confirmed we will proceed to washing your laundry. Delay in payment will result in delayed delivery.
  • Can I drop it to you?
    No, our service difference is that we come and collect your laundry from you, and return it to you, to help make your life easy!
  • Can I book over the phone?
    We do prefer that all bookings are made online wherever possible to ensure that details are entered correctly. You’ll find all the details you need in the online booking process and you can add any special requests in the notes section. If you are having technical issues then email us at valet@laundero.com
  • I’ve never had my laundry done before, how much will it cost me?
    Our service starts from $2.15/lb. Any preferences are extra. Preferences can be selected before you schedule a wash.
  • How much notice do I need to give you?
    We prefer if your booking is confirmed the day before you need a pickup so we can organise our schedule. The online booking timeslots will close 3 hours prior. If you need something more urgently email us at valet@laundero.com and we will see what we can do to help.
  • I need a regular booking.
    Great! Just indicate frequency you would like in the notes section and we can turn your booking into a recurring booking.
  • I’m not happy with the service I got.
    Oh no! We hope that doesn’t happen, but if it does we want to know about it. Email us at valet@laundero.com and we will try and sort it out for you.
  • My Wash Valet is awesome.

  • Where are you located?
    We operate from our central facility in Inglewood, CA. Check out our current service area to see all areas we serve. All our Wash Valets are professionally trained to wash and press your laundry.
  • Can you come and do the laundry at my home?
    No sorry, we can’t offer that service within our current schedules. Rest assured that we take great care of your clothes and return them in garment bag protectors to ensure they stay clean during delivery.
  • I own a holiday rental / Airbnb, can you provide laundry services?
    Yes we certainly can. We service a large range of massage salons, beauty salons, hairdressers, cafes, restaurants, yoga studios, medical centres, real estate agents, holiday rentals, AirBNBs, sports teams, worksites with uniforms and many other types of businesses.   • I’m here on holidays, can you pickup laundry from my hotel?
    Yes absolutely! We regularly pickup laundry from guest staying in hotels. You’ll find our pricing is very competitive compared to hotel pricing, and we can collect and return your laundry directly to the concierge so you don’t have to wait around for us. Who wants to do laundry while you are on holidays anyway?
  • Do you do dry-cleaning or other specialist services?
    Yes we do. We require a 48hr turnaround for our standard dry clean service. Check out our price list page to view our current dry cleaning price list.

If you choose our 2U Weekly plan, 4 Laundry Bag credits will be added to your 2ULaundry account for use during the 4-week subscription period. If you choose our 2U Weekly+ plan, 4 Laundry Bag and 4 Linen Bag credits will be added to your 2ULaundry account for use during the 4-week subscription period. While the subscription is intended for use across 4 weeks of service, we have built it to be flexible and allow customers to use the bag credits at any point during the subscription period. For example, if you are enrolled in the 2U Weekly subscription plan, you will receive 4 Laundry Bag credits. If you use 1 Laundry Bag during week 1, 2 Laundry Bags during week 2, and 1 Laundry Bag during week 3, your Laundry Bag credits will be depleted at the end of week 3. If you choose to send in another Laundry Bag during week 4 of the subscription period, you would be billed at the discounted rate (15% off) for the Laundry Bag.

  • WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY SERVICE?
    If you need to cancel a pick-up or delivery for any unforeseen reason, please call us as soon as possible at 323-649-0300. If you receive weekly or bi-weekly services and would like to cancel service, we ask that you give us 7 days notice for cancellation. There are no fees to cancel service.
